Don’t Ignore GenAI 

Don’t ignore the presence and widespread use by students of a variety of different GenAI products to generate text, code, images, CAD designs, slides, video, and audio.

Include a statement on GenAI in your syllabus

Every College of Engineering course syllabus should have a GenAI policy statement that is consistent with the learning objectives of the course. Course evaluation components should be designed to support the stated policy.

As learners, students will benefit from specific guidance for your course, not just a general reference to following the Academic Integrity Code.
